L1Z0 Posted yesterday at 03:48 PM Posted yesterday at 03:48 PM (edited) We want to expand the catalogue of Player x Player animations, so we decided to do a little community event where everyone gets the chance to add something to the default pack! You have two weeks (until Aug 17th) to create and share your own PxP animations and share it on this forum or send it to me (L1Z0) via LoversLab DM. The team will then evaluate each one and add the ones we think fit the 1.5.0 default pack. If your animation is selected, you'll also be added to the official credits, invited to the Discord and given the Content Creator role on the server if you aren't a Content Creator already. If you need the extra detail, you can use the new advanced player models created by ParmesanPrime, which will be included in the 1.5 default pack. They make it possible to bend the players' arms and legs, giving you more freedom when creating animations. However, they also make animating more complicated, and some CustomPlayerModels models (support coming in 1.5.0) that aren't specifically made for NoN might look broken when using those animations. player_slim.f.geo.jsonplayer.f.geo.jsonplayer.m.geo.jsonplayer_slim.m.geo.json Each contribution must include the following: 1. The animation file and animdef (optionally in a pack; loose files are fine too). 2. A GIF/short video of the animation. 3. Ideally, a preview image of the animation (see the convention presented in Guide V2.0 under "Animation Previews"). 4. A short description of the animation, including actors, positions, etc. Your animation should have at least two different animation loops, as well as at least two different stages, one of which is the peak stage. Player x Player animations should be detailed, and more stages add depth, so feel free to create multiple stages to make yours stand out. We are excited to see what animations you create!
