I once tried to upload webp, gif and else but couldn't upload pics.

Is it not supported here?

The bottom of your posts describe the 2 different methods. Drag the file from file explorer into the body of your post. You can also choose the file. This will open FIle Explorer automatically. If you get an error when you try it's likely that the file format isn't supported, or that the file is too large.
