zzoozod Posted 1 hour ago Author Posted 1 hour ago 35 minutes ago, Grey Cloud said: That isn't much to go on. okay its a very convoluted story, so at first sl was working fine until i added mnc as previously said, which to begin with was wrong because every npc and my character turned A pose, and i read through the main page of Sl that if you typically had that issue you would need to delete the 0_master.hkx file, but when i did, i didnt realise that it also basically ruins SL animations at first. SO I was unsure of what the problem was, i spent hours trying to figure out how to fix it, i then uninstalled mnc but the problem persisted. Then i thought maybe i broke pandora, to which i reinstalled but the issue stayed, when going through pandora installation again i realised i didnt have the A pose fix patch for pandora installed so that was the main issue... Still it didnt fix the warnings you see in that picture, i had to change the output directory into another folder for pandora, and run it THEN copy the files from the mesh folder and paste them in the \data\meshes in the main game directoy which solved the issues and now it worksssss

The first thing to do if you get T-pose is to run FNIS or Pandora. You should run FNIS or Pandora whenever you add or remove a mod which has animations. Whenever you are trying to solve a problem it is usually better to start a new game as things get baked into a saves which means uninstalling a mod may leave things in the save. 43 minutes ago, zzoozod said: Still it didnt fix the warnings you see in that picture, i had to change the output directory into another folder for pandora, and run it THEN copy the files from the mesh folder and paste them in the \data\meshes in the main game directoy which solved the issues and now it works All of which says that the original problem was caused by user error. There is absolutely no reason why you would need to copy and paste anything anywhere when installing Pandora. The only tinkering is what you want MO2to do with the Pandora output. I'd guess something similar for Vortex.
