I continued to use the OG Oniki KW 409 for quite some time, but decided to take a chance (if it ain't broke don't fixit) by installing one of the newer options modified by others.

 

You'll have to read the main page for them to decide if you want to stay with the OG, or one of the newer options.

 

I myself tried and have continued to use the _KinkyKatie_ version without any real issues. TEEN female she-males tend to not show their penis when they undress so I just made sure they have a 'proper' nude outfit I can just switch them to. It's not a real problem as teens aren't my target 'audience' for such activities. So there's that.

 

I haven't tried the others although one of them also was made by the same person whom has uploaded a penis that will change angle with new animations taking advantage of that. (Independent upload that doesn't require any specific version of KW)

 

Others hopefully see this and add their knowledge/experience as well.
