Hi.

I have a question about group animations in RJW.

I already have group animation packs installed, as well as Privacy Please and Nudity Matters.

In Privacy Please I have the "chance for another pawn to join" set to 1.00 (100%), but group scenes almost never happen.

When another pawn does join, they usually just stand nearby or "join the fun" without actually participating in the animation, even though 3-person animations are installed.

So I'm wondering:

• Is there any way to reliably trigger 3-person animations?

• Is there any setting that increases the chance of using group animations?

• Does RJW actually support automatically selecting 3-person animations, or is it mostly random?

• Are there any known incompatibilities with Privacy Please or Nudity Matters that can prevent proper group animations?

• Has anyone managed to get 3-person animations working consistently?

I'm not asking for someone to make a mod. I just want to know if this is already possible or if RJW currently has limitations regarding 3-person animations.

besides the ritual in sexperience ideoligy group animations pretty much never happen. maybe the new rjw storyteller has events that make enough people horny at once to naturally trigger it but thats just a theory

Sometimes the (sexperience ideology) mod will also trigger the orgy equivalent of the social party (table, campfire, whatevs), but yea, that is basically the extent of the implementation.  The base game's code disallows basically ALL jobs from requiring more than one person except for certain specific cases (firefighting is the obvious example); as far as I understand, RJW bypasses this restriction by assigning a sex job to each participating member (ie, pawn 1 sexes, pawn 2 receives sexing), AND still sometimes has issues with quickies etc.  Adding a third  sex job for menage a trois would therefore cause a bunch of extra behind the scenes calcs to get everyone sexing at the right time and place IF initiated at the same time as the original two sexing pawns, even if the likelihood of it occurring is low.  On the other hand, having a job to possibly join in upon walking by is much easier to implement.

 

Privacy Please and Nudity Matters More just queer this implementation further, especially in conjunction.  Moreso whenever any of the mods update (including RJW!).  That's the problem with multiple mods in general, really...
