SweetNectah Posted July 17 Posted July 17 Sprawling Bimbos View File Sprawling Bimbos Sprawling Bimbos expands Bimbos of Skyrim by introducing randomized cultist encounters across Skyrim, each featuring unique corruption-focused combat mechanics. New enemies, cursed equipment, an MCM-configurable encounter system, and the Shield of Cleansing transform BOS into a persistent world threat that can no longer be safely ignored. Note to the Player Hello Skyrim Modders, Thank you for taking the time to take a look at this project of mine. This is my first and only mod I have ever attempted and I am really hoping to get some feedback on how everything feels as you play. Bimbos of Skyrim has always been a highlight for me and one of my all time favorite Skyrim mods. However, I always found myself wishing there were more "unavoidable" encounters, since it's easy to miss much of the content simply by avoiding it during a playthrough. My solution? Create a randomized encounter system that forces the player to battle BOS style mages that afflict the player with bimbo-fying curses. The project eventually evolved into a combat-focused challenge where different curses work together, forcing you to adapt instead of simply avoiding corruption. As for now, I sincerely hope that those of you that decide to test it out really get to have a fun time. I am excited to hear about the results. Thanks, SweetNectah Introduction A new and insidious power has begun to spread throughout Skyrim. The strange magic that twists the minds and souls of women is no longer an isolated curse. It is being cultivated. An emerging Order has learned to wield this depraved power, using it to strengthen its ranks and convert others to its cause. Its priests now roam Skyrim's roads, seeking unsuspecting travelers to corrupt and recruit. Though their spells inflict little physical harm, they leave behind something far more dangerous, a soul slowly consumed by corruption. If left unchecked, their influence may one day spread beyond Skyrim and even all of Tamriel. There is hope, however. The Vigilants of Stendarr have created an experimental shield unlike any other. Crafted to resist this corruptive magic, it is rumored to reverse corruptive effects and purifies the soul. Wielding this artifact, you alone may be able to push back the growing Order and prevent Skyrim from falling beneath their influence. Requirements This mod is an add-on for Bimbos of Skyrim and is not intended to function as a standalone mod. Required Mods -Skyrim Legendary Edition -Bimbos of Skyrim -SexLab Framework -SexLab Aroused -SkyUI (for the MCM) Highly Recommended -FNIS -A mod manager such as Mod Organizer 2 Installation 1 Install all required mods and verify that Bimbos of Skyrim is functioning correctly. 2 Install Sprawling Bimbos using your preferred mod manager. 3 Ensure the plugin loads after Bimbos of Skyrim. 4 Launch Skyrim and allow the MCM to initialize. 5 Open the Sprawling Bimbos MCM to configure encounter density, corruption settings, and other gameplay options. Recommended: Start a new game or load a clean save before enabling the mod. Load Order Load Sprawling Bimbos after Bimbos of Skyrim so that all required records and scripts are available. Uninstall Because the mod adds persistent encounters and scripted effects, uninstalling during an active playthrough is not recommended. If you wish to remove the mod, disable it only after any active cursed effects have expired, save your game, exit Skyrim, remove the mod, and reload. A new save is strongly recommended for the cleanest experience. Mechanics Randomized Cultist Encounters -80 randomized encounters placed throughout Skyrim and distributed across each Hold. -Encounter density fully customizable through the MCM. -Every encounter is selected randomly, giving each playthrough a different distribution. -Four tiers of cultists with increasingly dangerous corruption magic. -Unique staffs featuring four different curse types: -Direct corruption -Forced Bimbos of Skyrim animations -Forced cursed clothing -Forced nudity -Escorting guards wield cursed equipment that can temporarily force the player into weakened weapons or armor. -Experimental Random Pursuit mode. (No gaurds, mages only) -Random Pursuit Encounters configurable MCM settings. Shield of Cleansing -A unique artifact created by the Vigilants of Stendarr. -Instantly purifies corruption when successfully blocking eligible cultist spells. -Provides protection against weaker corruption spells. -Turns magical combat into a timing challenge rather than simply avoiding projectiles. Friendly NPC's -Cassian: Just a placeholder with no dialogue yet, but will be a hub for upgrading shield options in the future. Can be found at Stendarr's Beacon. MCM Encounters -Encounter Density -Encounter Reroll -Random Pursuit hourly timer / percent change. Gamplay -Specific corruption settings for cultist staffs -Toggle for a Universal 3-Second Timer for all Sexlab animations. -Adjustable cursed equipment duration sliders. Debug -Enable Debug Notifications Toggle - may provide insight into failed spell effects. -Reset Encounter System - resets Encounter System to default settings. -Emergency release for cursed equipment. -Timer readout for cursed equipment. Warnings -Conflicts in locked outfits may occur with BOS hard scripted events, it is recommended to avoid BOS quests (e.g. hypno-notes, Lyvelia’s Quest, Lexanne’s Quest) -The Shield of Cleansing is placed early in the game and should be difficult to miss if you're playing a normal start. -Older saves using 1.0 may not function, testing and normal gameplay are strongly recommended on a new save. Setting Suggestions Encounter Density: Moderate - Frequent -With a random pool of double the size and the experimental pursuit system, other settings may feel either too empty or far to invasive. -Universal 3-Second Timer: True: Animations take place during encounters. Encounters may become overly tedious if hit by a spell multiple times, setting timers to minimum settings may be ideal for active gameplay. Planned Features -Upgradable shield options obtained via usage, a collected item, or quest (undecided). -Cultist staffs that are usable by the player obtained via collected disenchanted staffs. -More Spells and/or Enchantments used by cultists. -Main NPC that acts as a way to exchange disenchanted items. -More lore building -Diversified and configurable Random Pool for new Random Pursuit mode. -Custom FX on current mod-specific items (e.g. shield, spells, staffs). Permissions Sprawling Bimbos is a companion expansion for Bimbos of Skyrim and requires the original mod to function. The original scripts, encounter system, MCM configuration, gameplay mechanics, and other original content created specifically for Sprawling Bimbos may be used as the basis for compatibility patches or add-ons, provided appropriate credit is given. Please do not upload modified versions or mirrors of this mod without permission. Credits Special thanks to jib_buttkiss, creator of Bimbos of Skyrim, for creating the framework and inspiration that made this companion expansion possible, and for granting permission to release and share this project with the community. Additional thanks to the creators and maintainers of: -Bimbos of Skyrim -SexLab Framework -SexLab Aroused -SkyUI And, thank you to everyone who downloads the mod, reports bugs, provides feedback, and helps shape future updates. Your support is greatly appreciated. Final Note Thank you all for your feedback regarding 1.0 and anyone who has given this, my first real mod, a chance. And especially to those that have commented or pm'd me with helpful advise. It has been deeply appreciated. Much of the development for 1.1 reflects my own progress in learning more about scripting and the creation kit. Prior to this update, I had never touched SE, but looking back I am glad I did. My hope is that with many kinks and functionality recreated, future updates will showcase more creativity and diverse mechanics. As this has essentially become a combat mod, I have tried my best to accommodate for follower gameplay. In that process I have reworked player/follower protection systems three times. It may still feel funky, but then again, Skyrim combat has always been a bit funky so save often and be patient. For the time being, I truly hope you all enjoy 1.1.1 and that you stay tuned for more to come. Changelog Version 1.0 – Initial Release New Features -Added a randomized cultist encounter system with 41 hand-placed encounters distributed throughout Skyrim. -Added customizable encounter density settings ranging from None to Everywhere. -Added the ability to reroll encounter locations through the MCM. -Introduced four tiers of Bimbo Cultists with increasing difficulty. -Added unique cultist staffs featuring multiple corruption-focused spell effects. -Added cursed weapons and armor that temporarily hinder the player during encounters. -Added the Shield of Cleansing, capable of purifying corruption and countering low-level cultist magic. -Added configurable corruption values for cultist staff spells. -Added an optional Universal 3-Second SexLab Animation Timer for faster-paced combat encounters. -Added debug notifications to assist with troubleshooting spell effects and encounter behavior. MCM -Encounter density settings. -Encounter reroll option. -Staff corruption configuration. -Universal animation timer toggle. -Debug notification toggle. -Encounter system reset option. Compatibility -Designed for Bimbos of Skyrim (Legendary Edition). -Requires the mods listed on the main download page. -Recommended for use on a new save. Known Issues -Some BOS scripted quest events may conflict with temporary cursed outfit effects. -Rarely, cursed equipment may remain equipped longer than intended. Waiting briefly or fast traveling should resolve the issue. Future Plans -Additional encounters. -More cultist spells and enchantments. -Player-obtainable cultist equipment. -Shield progression system. -Expanded lore and NPC interactions. jib_buttkiss Posted July 17 Posted July 17 Does this even need an SE patch? I'm not seeing any meshes/textures/etc in the files. It just looks like an .esp and scripts, which should be fine in LE or SE. 3
dfhbi Posted July 17 Posted July 17 (edited) Looks very promising! I'll be sure to try it out once a patch for SE is released. Or I might just run it through cathedral and see what happens. It's great to finally find out where all the cursed bimbos are coming from. So, are all the encounters currently immediately hostile/combat oriented? If so, is the only resolution for the encounters kill or be killed? I don't know if it's in your future plans, but some non-hostile encounters, such as forcegreet or being casted on by the cultists without hostility triggering and the possibility to talk to the cultists after that (with potential to escalate into combat) would be amazing and much appreciated. Edit: another idea/question. Are there currently or are there plans for any special encounters or handling of encounters if the player is already a bimbo? Thank you for the mod! I'll keep a close eye on this one for sure. Edited July 17 by dfhbi 2
ParaPartara Posted July 17 Posted July 17 can report the mod boots up just fine in SE as is, so far everything i encountered seems functional. 1
Chameon Posted July 17 Posted July 17 Booted in special edition to test because jib_buttkiss indicated it should work. Maces on disciple guards will give you a wooden sword if they hit you fine. Disciple staff's lewd magic effects will work on you fine as well. Haven't tested anything else, set the area for the cultists to be to 'everywhere' to boost my odds of encountering to confirm. 1
ebbluminous Posted July 17 Posted July 17 Was just about to start a new game, so installed it. MCM is ok, I did find a deceased Vigilant with the shield and some other items. Just not saying where cause spoilers! Not met a pesky cultist yet, but the mod is looking promising on SE...

Wut1969 Posted July 17 Posted July 17 I can confirm that it works on SE perfectly. Great fun too. I don't know if you're looking for suggestions, but wouldn't it be fun if (some of) the cultists were actual bimbos and very horny and clumsy? 1

Just out of curiosity, did you happen to notice whether the cultist mages had any dark-face seams or visual issues, or did they all appear normal on your end? I can't seem to shake that issue myself for SE. Regardless I am going to update the page for the time being and if bugs pop up, hopefully they can be reported and I can fix them. Definitely open to suggestions, I had that idea myself, granted maybe more as an "unwilling captive" type of situation. My next big focus will be expanding and redistributing encounters. My goal is to make that "everywhere" setting truly live up to the name.
NexusRefugee Posted July 17 Posted July 17 hmmm... maybe ill finally dust off the old skyrim and see how the mod works.. since people said it works on SE. I also felt bimbos mods were lacking lol thanks for the mod. 1
foreveraloneguy Posted July 18 Posted July 18 This is missing the facegen files for the NPCs in the mod. 1

My goal is to make that "everywhere" setting truly live up to the name. I didn't see any issues, but that's probably because I have a mod (Face discoloration fix) for that. I was going to add that I know of other mods with the same issues, but as @jackinthebox2 already provided the fix.. never mind all that. Another trick I've seen done by mod authors is that they copy certain in-game characters to their own mod. That way their NPCs automatically benefit from mods like Bijin, Pandorable etc. As for my suggestion, it was only a suggestion. I'll be more than happy to see what you come up with. Your encounters are really, really, funny, especially when other parties, like imperial or stormcloack patrols join in. 1
blkhawk Posted July 18 Posted July 18 I noticed that on my SE install the magical staff attacks of the encounters seemed to not add any corruption. It might just be that I didn't get the right encounter. The other effects seemed to trigger but they were all permanent at least for the PC. Another effect was permanent for one of the Followers as well.

The staffs that directly contribute to your corruption are the animated ones. The locked clothing ones can contribute to your corruption passively through the "dressed slutty" condition in BOS, or at least that's how I envisioned them working. As for the permanent effects, which effects were they that stuck? How long did you wait/fast-travel to get them unstuck?

Wut1969 Posted July 18 Posted July 18 One thing I noticed is that when my PC started to masturbate, the cultists kept attacking and ultimately killing my PC. I don't think that that will help achieving their goal with adding more Bimbos to Skyrim. 🤷♂️

Followers seem to break the script that stops combat during an encounter.

I suspected that there were more encounters - I was probably just unlucky. As for waiting - I waited a couple of days and the effects were stuck in the magic Status effect task at 5 hours 23 minutes I think? I also fast traveled quite a bit.

That should be the Binding Shame effect I think, everything else is set for shorter bursts of time. I might do a debug option to release the player and follower in the mcm. Until I can get the SE sorted properly, I would just recommend saving often for the time being.

One of my followers is stuck naked tho. My guess it affects every effect. The bug also does not trigger every time since I had the clothes decay on a follower. I think i figured it out - The effects last Real Time. So if i leave the game running for % hours or so it would expire. Fast Travel Time on the other hand is applied in "how much time it would take in real time to go there". Wait Time does nothing. This must be some kind LE/SE difference. Edited July 18 by blkhawk 1

No sorry, I didn't have a follower. I do have SexLab Separate Orgasms (SLSO) and I remember that that sometimes makes it difficult to detect a sexscene. On the other hand, this could also be a wild goose chase.
DrSeptimus Posted July 18 Posted July 18 (edited) I test it at SE with the setting "Everywhere". Walk from Markarth all the way to Whiterun and I only met one encounter. Edited July 18 by DrSeptimus
