Using NPC eyes during character creation

Hello. I’d like to use NPC eyes from a mod when creating my own character. I edited the ESP file, but the game crashes to desktop (CTD) when I select them in RaceMenu. All the mesh and texture files are included in the mod. The mod is hosted on a Russian site; here is the link: Mod link ,  However, if anyone prefers, I can send just the mesh and texture files so you don't have to download the entire mod.I want to get the NPC eyes from the character shown in the attachment. Is this even possible?

The easiest way is not to make a mod but to take the textures of the eyes and copy/Paste them onto another mod's eye texture to overwirte them. 

What you'll have to be careful about is to keep the original files SIZE. So scale the textures you want to use appropriatly.

Alternatively, just install witcher eyes. I've seen glowing blue eyes in that one
