Raising Another Man's Child?

In the Big Gay Save File I'm in the process of making, I'm making my own lore around some of the Townies (some more than others) and in the Landgraab family my new canon is that before marrying, Nancy was a Zest and Johnny was her twin brother, with whom she had a very Cersei/Jamie relationship (though even as teenagers Johnny knew he was into men, Nancy had a way of always getting what she wanted even well into their young adult lives).  This ultimately led to a pregnancy and she passed off the baby as Geoffrey's (her cuckold husband who'd believe anything she told him).

 

Is there a setting within WW to have Geoffrey believe that Malcolm is his?  Or is that something for another mod?

I think you can use MCCC to modify Sims' relationships, but I don't know if the game even allows a Sim to be oblivious to a child not being theirs so it might be impossible to do legitimately, other than roleplaying.

You could do this the easy way with a new child. Just add Johnny to the Landgraab household then play with genetics in CAS to give him and Nancy a child then move him back out.
