I don't think you can get the item with that code because If I am wrong doesn't everyone's game assign the item ID differently?

 

So if you wanted the item you would have to type in "Help itemname 0" Then locate the ID through console.

 

Also I suppose this is a replacer due to it being named the Scaled Armor it would be helpful if you supplied this information.

I'm getting a weird texture on the top part

 

 

 

 

EDIT: not a great pic of the problem, but the areas that are dark - namely the shoulders - are close to the areas that it goes back to being dark, the rest isa hide looking texture
