Need help configuring Defeat/Death-Alternative Mods the way I'd like

Okay, I feel like I''m losing my mind. I'm currently using SexLab and wanted to introduce a defeat/death-alternative setup for sex that does the following:

1. Player is downed/bleeding out

2. Mod checks if enemies are applicable for Sex/Rape event

3. If Enemy applies, do the Sex Event. If not, skip event

4. Mod triggers aftermath event REGARDLESS of Sex Event - could be anything like Left for Dead somewhere,  Robbed and dumped, Rescued, Simple Slavery, etc..

The issue I;'m running into is when an enemy isn't applicable for the Sex/Rape Event. This is because 1) I don't want all the creatures activated, but do want some, 2) I'm finding that factions with "No Crime" don't partake in the sex part. Any example of this is Bandits will trigger the Sex Event, but for some reasons Necromancers don't?

Because of this, if I encounter an enemy that isn't an aggressor, according to the defeat mod, it involves the enemy just walking away with me downed on the ground. The aftermath events seem dependent on the Sex Event happening.

So far, I've tried:

1. Acheron + Yamate Kudosai

2. Naked Defeat

3. Acheron + Naked Defeat (Bleedout disabled)

4. SL Defeat Bane

5. Sexlab Submit SE
6. Sexlab Baka Defeat

7. Mark of Arkay

I've gotten close-ish with the Acheron combos, and with Mark of Arkay, but they're just not QUITE working. Mark of Arkay doesn't have a Creature selection menu so it wants to run for all creatures and when it finds no animations for that creature, it just cancels the events and they walk off until I get up, and then start attacking me again.

Does anyone have some advice on what might work, or what settings I might have been missing that keep it from doing this? I can't tell if it's missing logic functionality, or if I'm just missing something. Thanks in advance!
