MBWS Followers

but Sexlab doesn't seem to work, as there's no dialogue option, can anyone help?

I'm using Sexlab 1.39

Sexlab is just a frame work, it by it's self doesn't actually do anything alone. You need FNIS and some animation mods for the animations and then a mod that will trigger sex like submit etc.

I know, I installed everything required and Sexlab worked with all default and Kawaii Followers but not with MBWS Followers, I don't really know why there's just no dialogue option to trigger sex scenes

Dude, you need more mods! SexLab is a FRAMEWORK for mods. You should try:

 

1. SexLab Romance

2. One of the combat mods (Defeat or Submit)

3. Hentai Creatures (summon creatures, cast spells)

4. SexLab Enchantress

5. One of the many Prostitution mods

6. etc. etc. etc.

its not just that.  I personally just have the romance one and I have numerous followers that have no options while others do.

Install Matchmaker and hit them with the Matchmaker spells then see if they work or not.
