Help, I'm overwhelmed. too many mods and I'm confused

I am new to the modding community, and I don't want to sit here for Hours reading through hundreds of mod descriptions etc., Is there any way someone could make a mod that has all the other mods I need downloaded? 

like the diamond city mods, and mods where I'm a male character and I " have fun" with Piper and curie, maybe even settlers etc.

 

I suppose I'm too dumb to understand how simple it is to download it all, so any help is much apricated, heck even a link to every mod would work for me. Ie someone puts the link and I go click that link and download the mods and then enjoy my time, instead of sitting here for 2 hours confused, thinking I downloaded everything right then Boom, nothing works
