I will give it a look. I have found that a number of mods whose authors claim do not work with such characters actually do function if one toggles off the gender tags (if that is even necessary as the Double Penis and Cocklock which work on feminine frame male sims without any alternation).

While it does technically work for femboys, any hip shape deviation from the average male range causes distortions regardless if one uses a Masculine or Feminine Frame.

Thanks for the reply, for me the thing is not even showing for some reason...I will probably need to see why that is happening. 

EDIT: Nope, still isn't showing up for me maybe it is because I haven't updated my game in ages.
