there is headpart enhanced but that thing or this makes my game lose it's shit and lag to death apparently, its so fucking over again guys.

Headpart enhanced doesn't rebuild facegen, so I'm not sure how much lag that would cause. This mod requires the version of F4SE needed for the downgraded patch, so yes, I imagine that would cause problems. Unfortunately, I'm not remotely set up for 1.11.192. There may be a kind soul out there who wants to update this for that version. I'm totally fine with that. But I don't think I'll be making the switch until the mods I use are all updated, Headparts Extended included. Sorry.
