This has been on nexus mods and did very well, so I thought I bring it over here as this is a first of it's kind and fits right in this community.

This utility converts supported Skyrim adult animation pack archives into ready-to-install OStim Standalone, SexLab/SLAL, or SexLab P+/SLSB packages.

Supported source archives:
- OSex / OSex+ / OpenSex / OSA packs
- SexLab / SLAL packs
- FlowerGirls FNIS animation packs
- Existing OStim Standalone packs
- Older OStim JSON scene packs

Output options:
- OStim Standalone ZIP
- SexLab / SLAL ZIP
- SexLab P+ / SLSB ZIP

Main features:
- Builds mod-manager-ready ZIPs
- Does not directly edit your Skyrim folder
- Adds OStim scene JSON where supported
- Copies matching HKX files
- Generates Pandora/FNIS/Nemesis-compatible behavior data
- Supports Nemesis-safe output
- Includes source archive diagnosis
- Includes converted ZIP verification
- Includes Nexus/LoversLab-safe report output
- Includes support for furniture and creature-root detection where possible

Recommended workflow:
1. Run the converter.
2. Diagnose the source archive.
3. Build the recommended package.
4. Install the generated ZIP with MO2 or Vortex.
5. Run Pandora or Nemesis.
6. Test in game.

Pandora is recommended for most OStim Standalone conversions. Nemesis may work for compatible packs, but do not tick broken converted-pack checkboxes unless the report specifically says one is required.

Important:
Creature packs still require the correct creature runtime, creature assets, and behavior generation. FlowerGirls quest/script mods are not converted; only animation content is converted.

- Source pack name and version
- Converter version
- Output type used
- Pandora or Nemesis
- Mod manager
- Diagnose Source Archive summary
- Verify Converted ZIP result
- Human-readable report
- JSON report if available
- What happens in game

- Duplicate Pandora/FNIS/ATT registration detection

- Creature and furniture scene handling
