Slavetat help for anyone with any experience in blender

hey can you help me rearranging a texture as its clearrly way beyond my level.
if anyone has been on internet they have definetely seen wildeeer studio Lara Croft 
I want to use her tattoos as slavetats for my character
He has luckily posted his model online 
I have extracted his tattoo texture 
BUT I have absolutely "0" "ZERO" experince in blender 
I am posting tattoo from wildeer studio please someone draw this on nif model please

There was a request thread for this texture a week or 2 ago and I posted my remake in it. Seems like the thread was deleted. It's still available if you want it instead of making your own.
