Lewd Survival Crafting Game with followers

Like the title states, I'm looking for some good recommendations for NSFW (As in sex, not just nudity) survival crafting games where you have followers/base minions. Ideally in an anime style. They can also be games you can mod to fit that.

The closest I have to scratching that itch somewhat is a game called Mad Island, you can get it on steam, I recommend checking it out, but there's a lot of extreme and sus content, so be warned.

Sadly there are next to no games that fit that criteria. The closest that comes to mind is modded Conan Exiles or modded Fallout 4 on survival difficulty.

There is Soulmask, but there's no NSFW mod for it yet and most likely won't be forever.

Aye. Daggan was pretty close too, but its a furry game with really limited replayability.

I do already own soulmask but I did specify in my original post games with sex lol.

I think Tropical Monster Girls fits that criteria. It's just on Steam.

I have it, but its not quite what I'm looking for. I would rather the base minions be a bit more randomized instead of preset characters like in that game, unless they've changed since last I played lol.

So, if that is the main key component, then your game of choice doesn't exist. This is likely the closest thing you'll get for now.

Except there are games like it that do exist, like Mad Island and Daggan. Plus there are tons of regular survival games with randomized elements like Soulmask, Conan Exiles, Starbound, etc. Its just I'm looking for one with the lewd baked in and not having to require mods for it lol.

No, I meant if that's the exact combo you want (lewd survival crafting game with followers, but the followers are randomized), then your options are far more limited. Most lewd games have specific characters, not a ton of randomization in lewd games, from my experience, just since the devs tend to have a more specific vision in mind when it comes to character design. Not sure why, but that's the way it tends to be.

Ehhh aye. I mean that's why I am asking here to see if anyone else knows any games that match my criteria, trying to cast a wider net. Generally speaking I try to search for myself before asking for assistance lol. However, been hitting a bit of a wall on that front.

I guess part of it is because its easier to just make a static character than making a system for character randomization. Hell I'm working with two guys on a game myself and we're trying to do character randomization and its kinda difficult, much more so than trying to just make a static character.

But I like randomization because I feel like that adds replayability.

Yeah I've been searching for games that actually have what Mad Island does, survival crafting with sexual intercourse as one of many ways to strengthen your base for defense while gathering followers. This way, the adult scene, having children, and everything have meanings and purposes. Most adult games just display the sexual interactions as purely "cosmetic" to attract players. Just like that. 
Since Mad Island is still in Early Access, I'll hold it until it is fully released. Waiting for updates every time I finished the story is just tormenting 😭
The games I've been looking for/tried:

• Conan Exiles with mods. The base system of survival crafting, slaying enemies, gathering followers (in a bizarre way 😂), collecting resources, gaining items, weapons, armors, etc are just on point. But again, the adult mods are just for cosmetic with no purpose other than entertain yourself. If only someone could create a mod for pregnancy and growing up children with good stats (like Palworld does) this one could be the best we can get.
• Kenshi with mods. Well I haven't try it yet but after googling there might be a way to achieve those -- RPG, pregnancy, gathering followers, etc. Some mods could be subscribed via Steam Workshop and some need to be downloaded from LoversLab. But again, I'm not sure 100%.
• Palworld with mods. I haven't try it too, but might be possible after googling for a while. While this game already has breeding system, it is a little bit more complex compared to Kenshi because there is no NSFW mods from Steam. 
• Some of games I've seen the gameplay: Operation Lovecraft: Fallen Doll, Latex Dungeon, Latex & Tentacles, Tamer: King of Dinosaur, Sin Spire, The Ghost's Intimate Cure, Cloud Meadow, Lust Arcanum, Monster Girl Island: Prologue, Wild Life, Sapphire Safari, Tropical Monster Girl, Wicked Island, Carnal Instinct, Romantic Escapades. Some are quite interesting but lack in some ways of what we wanted. Or just not finished yet. You can check them out.
• Other games like Soulmask, Enshrouded, Icarus, and Valheim are pure survival craft, not enough.
