Then check your bsa files.  Sometimes a modder pulls a fast one on you and puts a skeleton inside a bsa file.  Look for any bsa files for plugins that you have installed recently.

 

You can also try archive invalidating via bsa redirection to see if that solves things for you.  Use OBMM or Wyre to do it.

 

If that fails then post your load order.
