Fertility Framework v0.2 (Demo)

I'm in the process of building out and testing the Fertility Framework. I'm starting this from the ground up but it's loosely inspired by other past fertility and creature pregnancy mods. If anyone is interested in helping test (when I'm ready for that part) or helping with the mod in general hit me up. The only thing you can really test right now is using 'sqv FF_MasterQuest' in the console to track the fertility cycle as it progresses. When you have a xeno companion from XenoMasters actively following you, you will get 'insemination' events when sleeping. This is mostly just making sure the framework starts up correctly for people and that the background timers and trackers are working correctly.

 

The base cycle hours are:

  Menustration 3 days

  Follicular 6 days
  Ovulation 3 days
  Luteal 6 days

 

The evolved womb will increase the ovulation window and decrease the other windows the further you mutate.

Welcome to the Dev Demo of the Starfield Fertility & Xeno-Incubation Framework.

This mod is a complex, background state-machine that tracks your character's biological fertility cycle in real-time. It handles everything from standard pregnancies to deep sci-fi xeno-parasite incubations.

Please Note: This is an early technical test build. The core mathematical engines and spell transitions are functioning, but many visual and interactive features are still in active development. I am releasing this to gather feedback on the pacing, timers, and background stability.


1. ⚙️ What's Currently Functioning (Under the Hood)

The framework is actively tracking Universal Time (UT) and seamlessly transitioning your character through different biological states using hidden Actor Values and Spells.

A. The Standard Cycle & Pregnancy Track

  • The Cycle Engine: Automatically cycles through Menstruation -> Follicular -> Ovulation -> Luteal phases.

  • Insemination Tracking: Hidden scoreboards (FF_AV_Insemination_Human and FF_AV_Insemination_Xeno) track cumulative volume from sleep events/interactions and decay hourly.

  • Pregnancy Progression: Successfully transitioning into the Fertilized state triggers a UT timer that progresses through Three Trimesters, culminating in Labor and a Recovery phase.

  • Lactation Engine: Triggers during the 2nd Trimester. A hidden Actor Value (FF_AV_Milk_Volume) scales from 0 to 150, dynamically shifting your status between Producing, Full, and Engorged.

B. The Xeno-Incubation Track

  • Mutation Phases: Tracks xeno-exposure (XenoInseminationCount), applying sickness and mutating the womb through Compatible, Adapted, and Brood-Mother stages to increase xeno-fertilization RNG.

  • Parasite Incubation: Bypasses standard trimesters for a faster Early -> Developed -> Ready survival-horror progression. (Not yet implemented)


2. ⚠️ Known Limitation: Visual Body Morphs

Do not report bugs regarding your character's body size not changing. Currently, dynamic hourly body scaling using the SFF Body Replacer is on hold. The required SFSE plugin (CharGen Menu) does not yet have a Papyrus API to allow background scripts to manipulate slider weights in real-time.

  • Temporary Status: Your stats and UI will show you as pregnant/lactating, but your physical 3D mesh will not dynamically inflate. A visual workaround is actively being developed for the next major update.


3. 🗺️ Development Roadmap (Upcoming Features)

The following features are planned and actively being worked on:

  • Visual Morph Workaround: Implementing an "Armor Swap" system to force-equip trimester-specific invisible body meshes to visually simulate pregnancy until real-time CharGen morphing becomes available.

  • Xeno-Birth Spawning: Completing labor will dynamically spawn a friendly creature matching the specific alien "Father" (e.g., Ashta, Terrormorph), or yield an incubatable "Alien Egg" item.

  • XenoMasters Mod Integration: A dialogue patch adding a "Mate/Breed" branch to alien companions for immersive insemination tracking.

    • Integration to leverage the xenopet scaling for simulating growth overtime and through breastfeeding

  • Lactation Relief Mechanics: Usable "Breast Pump" ingestibles that physically reduce your milk volume Actor Value and yield consumable items, preventing the Engorged debuff.

  • Configuration & Stats Menu: A craftable Holotape/Terminal to toggle framework features, adjust cycle RNG, and view your hidden biological stats.

  • SAF Integration: Hooking framework milestones into the Starfield Animation Framework and custom consumable drugs (e.g., Forced Ovulation pills).

  • Animations for Fertility Framework: Adding native animations for milking, breastfeeding, birthing, insemination, sex, and parasitic infestation

  • Custom Models: Adding custom models of certain xenos and a baby model


4. 📝 Testing Feedback Request

While testing this build, please let me know:

  1. Does the UT timing feel balanced for a standard playthrough, or do the phases transition too quickly/slowly?

  2. Are the UI notifications firing correctly when you wake up from sleep?

  3. Did the background quest crash, hang, or fail to remove old phase spells when transitioning to a new one?

I already have the backend of the Fertility Cycle implemented and working, along with the womb mutation, and pregnancy/xeno-pregnancy.

I am also currently on working a creature/xeno sex framework now that we have SAF and we have some better tools for creating the animations. This will obviously natively plugin to 'Fertility Framework'.

I've also figured out how to get the morphs to work with the SFF Body. Just adding in some of the consumable items to trigger lactation and ovulation, and adding eggs/baby xenos for birth. I'm trying to focus on the Xeno track first, and then I'll make it friendly for humans later.

I'll have to look into how StarQueen manages the bodies morphs, so if it's not too different it would be pretty easy to incorporate. This is still pretty early on so I'm mostly focused on some of the core mechanics and the backend. I would love for someone to throw a few human/xeno anims my way to incorporate now that the animation stuff should be getting better. If I get the base implementation done and there aren't anims to support it I'll switch over to doing those as well.

It's weird. I don't think it's a full body mod I think it's just meant to be used with stuff like BBL.

BBL adds sliders to the Vanilla body. So yes Starqueen is nude mod textures for Vanilla body, as well as other bodies that use vanilla textures and maps. eg VBB, ZBB.

 

There is an optional Starqueen download made for the SFF body mod that uses custom maps.

Brief update, almost ready to release a new version. Working on some of the connections with XenoMasters for spawning eggs or xenos after birth. But this will add morph support for just SSF Body (for now), and my custom widget overlays in the character status screen to see milk volume and uterus/pregnancy status
