Yes and no. There is no simple way to tell SexLab that the new "race" is 1.5 times "normal" height. However, you can modify each animation you use individually with the SexLab hotkeys. SexLab will then "remember" this adjustment the next time that it uses the animation with the new race. This, as you might expect, is quite tedious - especially if you use a lot of animations.
