[Fallout 3] Sexus, Sexout, or something else?

I'm currently wrapping up my first ever playthrough of Fallout 3, on console, because I wanted to experience the game without any mods or the like, but now that I'm looking to try it out on PC, I'd love to get some more adult gameplay mods going.

I was a little bit surprised to see how few sex mods there are compared to some of the other games that I play, but I did discover enough to make me wonder which ones you all have experienced and preferred.

 

So to start with, please tell me about your personal favorites, the pro's and the con's that you've found as you played, and so on. I'm currently looking at Sexout, Sexus, and another one called FalloutTTW QuestOverhaul. I'm not yet sure if they are compatible with each other, or if I have to choose between one or two, but not all three. I also looked at Animated Prostitution over on Nexus, but my character is a freak and wants access to non-humans as well, and I don't think those are covered in that mod?

My advise is to get Fallout New Vegas along side Fallout 3, then install TaleOfTwoWastelands. Install Sexout (for Fallout New Vegas, but will also work for DC wasteland thanks to TTW). and then you can use FalloutTTW QuestOverhaul 

Sexus en Sexout for Fallout 3 are nice mods, but not really good, if you can have the above option instead, Animated Prostitution is just disappointing.

Oh, interesting. I had seen TTW mentioned around, but wasn't sure what it was, and just thought that the quest overhaul I mentioned was compatible with Fallout 3. I had read somewhere that it was a pain in the ass to install and get running though, and I haven't actually even played New Vegas yet.

There aren't many for Fallout 3.

 

Sexus, a bit buggy but does work

Sexout for FO3, two variants, neither of which work very well, though that might be just me 

Animated Prostitution, which has some rather basic animations

Seducing Women, which I like. It has an Animated Prostiturion patch but I prefer the fade to black option. It's really a quest mod with an adult theme

Quo Vagis, another adult themed quest mod with no actual sex

 

I can't think of any others off-hand.

 

Sexus could, if anyone was so inclined, provide a framework for other mods.

 

With TTW you have the full Sexout and all the mods it supports.
