Sounds like a script error.   Have you checked to see if any other mods could be conflicting with your targeted mod?

 

Most of the people who can help you here need something to help diagnose your problem.  A papyrus log read out, and a load order listing.

 

Without knowing anything about your games statistics I can only suggest Viagra if you can't have sex.

Have you run the FNIS animations generator for users (it's found in Skyrim/data/tools)? You need to do that to make any animations work.

 

What you posted does make it seem like your character just has low skills or something to have a 0% chance of success.

Yeah, you can open the console (by pressing the ~ key), type in "tfc", hit [ENTER] then close the console. Also, in the SexLab menu there's an option for free flying camera you can turn on so it does the tfc thing automatically.
