Just like you said. This guy recently uploaded a silent skin mod.And that author also  be from China.

The closure of that website, axxxx, was also largely due to copyright issues.

I have merged two mods using Photoshop. There may be some minor visual imperfections, but they can be ignored during normal gameplay. The neko form has not been altered, so you can switch to it duiring the character selection for a SFW experience during matches. All copyrights belong to the original authors, and this merge is for testing purposes only. If the original authors request, I will remove this mod at any time.

Arabella I believe is directly exported from Chaos Zero Nightmare, I think it would be a pretty intensive ordeal to edit her, she has alot of animations and frames.Cards might be easy, but the char itself. I'm hopeful though! I played her a bit

 

Which leads me. Do you know the case of the "new template for sts2 characters" I see being posted from Chinese modders? Like a ton of mods will have just that ONE sentence

you can download baidu stuff with a site like this, KDown-Free - Baidu Netdisk parsing tool | Free high-speed download | No login required

but the egregious part is downloading a chinese app or something and providing your phone number to get the extraction password.

Downloading the two mods mentioned from the guy that made the daraku mod. Let tell you it was a pain in the ass to make a baidu account lol

Here's the first one that I got. I'll add the other one when it's done. Download speed for it is fucking slow due to server location and low download speed limits.
