Is this type of mechanic something you/orthers would like to see integrated into the main mod? Yes, would definitely like to see it integrated into the main mod. I don't use ZAZ and having a lactation animation would be cool too.

EDIT: I finally got a chance to boot up my gaming PC today and looked into it. Are you sure you don't have ZaZ loaded? I don't see any other way you could get that result. There are patched versions that don't require SexLab. The code that shows "loaded" is: if Game.GetModByName("ZaZAnimationPack.esm" != 255) AddTextOption("ZaZ Animation Pack", "Loaded") else ... Well, I don't know what I can tell you, other than that I am 100% confident that ZaZ is not loaded on the basis that I've never even downloaded it. I've also never downloaded SexLab (as I mentioned, I'm using OStim) or any addons that exclusively require it. Either it's a problem with Egg Mania, or I have some other mod that comes with ZaZ by default without me realising. I've attached a modlist, if you want to check. EDIT: Though come to think of it, that wouldn't explain it, because, if I'm understanding your code correctly (and there's every chance that I'm not), all Egg Mania is doing is checking to see if the ZaZ esm is loaded, and I can confirm that it's not in the Data folder. I've also searched the Vortex staging folder for "ZaZ" and "zazanimationpack.esm" and got no hits; it's almost certainly something with Egg Mania. ModList - Egg Mania.txt Edited August 8 by Adseria

ModList - Egg Mania.txt 24.04 kB · 0 downloads Look in your plugin list, not the list of mods by name. The lookup is done by the filename of the esp/esm. In MO2, this is on the right side by default. The 'Plugins' tab. In the filter on the bottom, type in zaz and see if anything comes up. There are patched versions of the esm the remove the sexlab.esm master requirement. For instance, I don't run SexLab, but I do have ZaZ. It seems unlikely it would have been bundled, but I'm at a loss for what else you could look for. Somehow that line of code is saying the plugin by that name is loaded.

I don't use ZAZ and having a lactation animation would be cool too. I don't know if I can include the milking animations from ZaZ to remove it as a requirement. If they're Leito animations, they're okay to include with credit to Leito. But if they're original ZaZ animations, the dependency has to stay. I agree it would be nice to include if possible, so I'll put it on the backlog. If anyone happens to know of more animations that can be used with attribution, please let me know. I'm also looking for ideas on achievement rewards and daedric boons for Clavicus Vile, Vaermina, and ... I think one more I can remember off hand. For achievements, I was considering looking into the possibility of adding abilities like the Chaurus spit or the Spriggan life drain. Sort of a "corrupted" theme, after a certain number of encounters and/or eggs produced. It would be used like a shout. I also considered perhaps after certain very high level achievements, you would be considered a member of that faction, so they would be non-hostile unless attacked. One mechanic half-implemented: Enemies that cast the vampire drain spell on you can inflict a blood curse. (You fill and produce a blood potion, and then become afflicted with vampiris ... whatever it's called.) The code that detects you being hit by the drain spell is already there and working. I just haven't hooked up the actual curse yet. Edited August 8 by chrystelle
PrGo Posted August 9 Posted August 9 If 3.4.0 will be the last version that supports Sexlab, could you please leave it in the downloads section then? For us who love the mod, but use Sexlab over Ostim. I'm asking cause I don't see where to download it. 2
porridge911 Posted August 9 Posted August 9 is there anyway you could leave the SL supported version still here? maybe on another mod page or just as a separate option? 2
ViciousVixenEve Posted August 9 Posted August 9 I wanted to say thank you so much for the progressive inflation tick update, its amazing!! Im so excited to see what more is to come with this mod. Its hands down one of my top 5 mods! 1

The line I posted above was: if Game.GetModByName("ZaZAnimationPack.esm" != 255) That line was supposed to be: if Game.GetModByName("ZaZAnimationPack.esm") != 255 (parentheses in the wrong place) Sometimes my eyes just blur and don't see the issue. It's fixed in the next version. It needs a bit of play-testing, and then I'll post it.
Porphyria Posted August 10 Posted August 10 First, thanks for this mod, it's been fun to try out! Almost everything is working that I've tried. MCM is there, spells are there, ingredients are there, can make potions and do all that. Midwife stuff appears to work fine. Pregnancies go from start to finish (on soul gems anyway). Curses go from start to finish. Can confirm it works on my female PC and male followers. I even got the labour animations working for males. I admit I kinda giggled when I saw Faendal doubled over. Yes I'm evil. Wow, he was loud (Audio also working but I made some adjustments haha) Also, incidentally, I was pickpocketing Jarl Balgruuf's brother (don't ask lol) and I found a baby soul gem in his inventory. That was interesting, but also brings me to the issue I noticed. Things are working on males, but they are not inflating. This could be down to me misunderstanding things, or my setup. I have HIMBO for males and I know from Bodyslide there is a "Pregnant" slider. I know you also said it was important to name the sliders correctly when putting them into the MCM. My female character inflates all the time, btw, just to be clear. I do have Oinflation installed on my Ostim setup, so I figured that could be messing with things? Also I was a little confused with the Inflation and Pregnancy section of the MCM as it has a spot for morphs there but I don't know what I should be putting there. I was putting all my changes into the Male and Female morph sections. I also have Sexlab installed and just kinda sitting there for one other mod I use. Maybe that could be messing with something as well, I dunno. I have MO2 and I have over a thousand mods installed, so I realize it could be anything, but it's working so well otherwise I figured it was down to user error or something small. I know it's not the end of the world to not have visual changes on males, but I like to see an indicator of where they might be in their suffering/enjoyment journey, ya know? Before they double over and start screaming. I figured I'd provide the feedback in either case as it may be helpful. As for male lactation, if anyone was wondering I did find a bottle of milk in guinea pig Faendal's inventory as I was rummaging around. So it works even though I couldn't confirm anything visually. I'm realizing though as I'm typing this, Balgruuf's bro, whatshisface Hrongar? I wasn't messing with him in any capacity(apart from riffling his pockets) and that gem still appeared. I think I did select that males can get pregnant too in the MCM but I dunno who the progenitor was cause I'm sure it wasn't any of my crew lol. I do have OstimNPCs though where NPCs go off and get busy on their own so yeah, can confirm that happens at least in this combo.

I do have OstimNPCs though where NPCs go off and get busy on their own so yeah, can confirm that happens at least in this combo. The soul gem thing is a head scratcher to me. I've had it happen in my game, as well. It's not added to any leveled lists, and it has no vendor keywords. There may be some deeper way the Skyrim engine knows it's a soul gem and can land on it when adding a soul gem as loot. I really don't know. A possible workaround would be to duplicate some other random misc object to use as the 'egg' item behind the scenes for tracking purposes and just added a regular, unnamed black soul gem when people choose that option. For the sliders, I set it up so that if you enable males and don't change the defaults, it should work. Then, you can tweak it from there. You could try backing up your settings json files to somewhere safe and letting the game regenerate them on a fresh start. Then, see if those morph settings work for you. But I would hold off until I release the next version later today since it will require a clean save anyway. It has lots of bugfixes, too, in case one of those was biting you.
Garfieldcat Posted August 10 Posted August 10 One question If I never tried/installed your mod before, can I install it mid playthrough or it won't install/initialize properly without starting a brand new game?
chrystelle Posted August 10 Author Posted August 10 2 minutes ago, Garfieldcat said: One question If I never tried/installed your mod before, can I install it mid playthrough or it won't install/initialize properly without starting a brand new game? It should be totally fine since all the quests/scripts in the mod are added. It doesn't touch base-game scripts. Issues will only arise when upgrading mid-save from an earlier version without cleaning a save first since earlier versions of these scripts are already baked in if you're upgrading. And for people who are upgrading, I just realized I didn't call it out specifically in the changelog like I usually do, but 3.6 DOES require a clean save. 1

Ah ok, thanks for the quick response. I haven't updated yet from my version a little while ago. I wanted to change around some other mods so a clean save is no problem. I'm happy to test on the defaults first before messing with it. I barely know what I'm doing anyway lol My biggest worry was that I wasn't doing something correctly for the naming convention. As for the soul gem oddity, it's fine. If Hrongar wants to get banged up that's his business lol
Neyri LL Posted August 11 Posted August 11 Way too much feature bloat. Was excited by the name, but I please split this mod up a bit. Sexual frustration mechanics, really?

evil_lime Posted August 15 Posted August 15 Hello! Love this mod so far, and thanks for all your hard work!! Excited to see where it goes. I had a question about some of the oviposition features. I don't use OStim so I can't access the defeat stuff, which is fine, but I have FOMO about the included creatures lol. Is there an alternative way to get the defeat effects from creatures like Dwarven constructs, Seekers, Spriggans, and Netches?? I checked AddItemMenu but didn't see any eggs or, like, concotions to drink so I figured I'd ask

drakointhebag Posted August 19 Posted August 19 How do u give birth or remove the eggs from yourself ?
chrystelle Posted Tuesday at 04:36 PM Author Posted Tuesday at 04:36 PM (edited) OMania v4 Preview I wanted to provide an update on what I'm working on. The upcoming release is a complete refactor of the mod. It's finally feature-complete with the exception of some achievement rewards. I'm playtesting it now. It has a whole new architecture to drastically improve performance. Every feature was re-implemented from scratch. New features: No hard limit on NPCs affected or babies tracked Smooth, native belly expansion with awesome performance, even for large numbers of affected NPCs Tracker overlay menu for viewing affected NPCs and Achievements bound to the "O" key by default. Can be changed in the settings menu under Controls. Settings are now in the SKSE menu. No more 3 crowded, slow MCMs. Going forward, settings and gameplay menus will be kept separate. Reworked lactation mechanics: Each egg has a different lactation rate. Can turn off automatic milk expression and only use manual if preferred. Milking affects breast size. Added milk expression animations: The hotkey solo animation no longer requires ZaZ. Paired animations by 3jiou ported to in OStim. Automatic application of Fair's lactating breasts texture overlay when pressure is high enough to manually express. The overlay goes away after expression. Integration with Predator's Milk Harness. If the player or an NPC are wearing it, expression will be automatic and items will be added to inventory even if automatic expression is toggled off in the Settings. New leveling mechanic - All actors now can level up from 1 to 10, with each level reducing Pain by 10%. (multiplicative, not additive, so pain does not drop to 0) Reworked pain mechanics and settings. Pain ticks are much smoother and now drain stamina first and only hit health if stamina is fully drained. Pain ticks now respect when god mode is toggled on. The pain mechanic can still be turned off completely if preferred. New toggle to prevent pain from being lethal to NPCs. (Useful if you want to crank up the challenge and sense of progression for yourself without having to micromanage NPCs.) Optional integration with Addiction Framework for the Emptiness and Sexual Frustration mechanics Optional integration with OSafeThread for much better crash prevention when surrendering A few Daedric agent effects have been slightly tuned or tweaked in their function for performance reasons. Completed implementation of Daedric effects - Vaermina's and Hircine's added Added Dream State Concoction. Rare since brewing it requires one skooma and one sleeping tree sap. DSC puts you in a waking dream state, with one foot on Nirn and one foot in the Dreamstride. It eliminates all gestation and labor pain for up to 24 hours. Being partially in Vaermina's realm also allows you to take actions that might otherwise be prohibited by other Daedric princes. Comes at a high cost: A new Craving mechanic that is interwoven with Vaermina's agent effect. Reworked labor with more effects and option to not restrict player movement Reworked child spawning system with randomization of features. The pool of potential features (eg hair color) for each race can be edited in the json configs. Uses assets from TK Children by tktk1 and Simple Children by tetchystar as a base. Does not require those mods to be installed. Completely standalone, so no conflict with any children overhaul mod you might have installed. Facial expressions for labor, emptiness effect, and sexual frustration if MFG Fix is installed Slider names for morphs are now a dropdown instead of a blank input box. The dropdown is populated with the slider names actually available on your installed body for the sex being configured. Preview button for morph settings that will display the configured morphs at the configured max values for 10 seconds. More robust removal of morph values after removing a slider name from your config. An Uninstall button on the debug menu that removes every morph and overlay that OMania has written from every actor to avoid any residual effects if the mod is uninstalled without all actors being unwoven first. Removed most hand-placed items from the world. Only the suspicious barrels near shipwrecks and in the EEC Warehouse remain. Other items are now added to various containers and/or leveled lists via Skypatcher. You can now add a new "egg" type (can be any item) with just a json config. See one of the existing egg configs as an example. Brewing concoctions at the cookpot now grants alchemy XP. Can be disabled in Settings. New lesser power: "Uncork Concoction" - allows selecting a potion or poison for AOE dispersal. The catch is that whatever is uncorked will also affect the player. The esp is now ESL flagged. Hard Requirements: (Without these, the mod absolutely will not function) SKSE Address Library RaceMenu CBBE or other body with appropriate sliders Papyrus Extender OStim* Pandora Soft requirements: (The mod will function fine, but some features are not available without these) SKSE Menu Framework - Required for Settings menu. While not a hard requirement, you really don't want to go without it. SkyPatcher MFG Fix - Required for facial expressions during labor Addiction Framework - Required to enable Emptiness and Sexual Frustration mechanics and for the intended functionality of the Dream State Concoction OSafeThread - Required for Surrender OCreatures - Required to enable Surrender to Creatures (and thus required for Oviposition) Highly recommended: Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions Expanded Mu Dynamic Normal Map P.A.I.A - Pregnancy And Inflation Animation P.A.I.A Expanded CalendarUI - If installed, baby birthdays are added to the calendar after they're born. Only shows after an app restart Drunk or Drugged Animations OAR Drugs for Bandits (SPID) *Unlike in previous versions, OStim really is a HARD requirement. The mod will not function without it. This was not a decision I took lightly. I realize this means many people will never use this mod because setting up a new MO2 profile with a different mod list is a hassle. I totally understand that, and I'm sorry. I try to keep the options in this mod as flexible as possible so that people can play however they want. But the mod has evolved over time to fit my own preferences and is now more deeply integrated with OStim than ever before, and trying to keep OStim as an optional dependency no longer made sense. Please understand that trying to keep the mod framework neutral with an adapter layer would have been a lot of work and extra complexity with negative benefit for me because it would have downgraded the OStim integration. I won't be making a patch to make it compatible with SexLab, and frankly at this point I don't think anyone could. Edited Thursday at 01:29 AM by chrystelle 1
