This plugin has 73 errors reported in Xedit and is a heavy plugin. Also, this plugin doesn't overwrite anything.

I'll admit, this mod could've been uploaded as an esp that act like an esl, but how did you get Xedit to reported so many errors?

I don't know. Best guess is you use a different version of dependencies and the form IDs don't match up at my end. Funny thing is though, I redownloaded this patch and the error count is different.

Maybe. My Cum begging addon version is 1.3 and CumSwallowNeedsAddon is 1.5.3.6

I had both the same file versions, there were no recent updates. Replacing cumswallowneeds fixed it though, errors gone. Very strange.
