deathmorph Posted February 25 Posted February 25 (edited) Hi everyone, I hope someone has a good idea for this visual bug that’s driving me crazy. When my female character gets hit by laser weapons, black charred burn marks appear on her skin and stay there permanently. Projectile hits leave red blood splatters that also never go away. Soap from hygiene mods does nothing to them (it only cleans the separate dirt and sexual overlays). The only thing that actually removes them is loading a completely new save where she was still clean. I prefer not to use console commands or extra mods like Looks Mirror if possible. Has anyone found a reliable way to make these damage decals fade again after combat in a heavy AAF/body-replacer setup? Any help or shared experiences would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance! Attaching two screenshots showing the stuck marks. Before and after reload. Spoiler Edited February 25 by deathmorph
pinky6225 Posted February 25 Posted February 25 Making a save and then completely closing fallout 4 , loading it again and loading the save will remove the effect but yeah never found a way to remove it while in game myself so would be interested if someone knows of a way to do it as it is quite irritating 2
