Are there any mod that can make all female NPC nude on default?

What I mean is that hide or make invisible of their cloth & armors on default.

I've never seen one. But, it wouldn't be too hard to make. You could attach a simple script to the human race. Then detect their gender on load and unequip everything if female.

 

Trying to make their existing clothes and armor invisible is technically possible as well. But, imo, would be way more tedious. You would have to change quite a lot of textures.

If they had something like AWCKR installed + use robco patcher, they could swap all the females armor to invisible paint as well I believe doing a similar method to this but keeping their armor equipped still and less f-ing around. 

 

There's a fair amount of standard clothing re-textures out there to make the women much more lewd in general plus there are mods for commonwealth captives so they wear some of the more-skimpy clothing sets as well so it's also an option outside of plain nudity everywhere which seems less-sexy somehow (to me).

Also Dago was right, it appears that outfits can be assigned to a specific gender using spell perk item distributer. They managed to assign the commonwealth shorts to females only. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/101232?tab=files.
