Looking for help

I talked to farmers around Whiterun....searched the Plains of Whiterun,...went to Rorikstead... went to Lund's but I'm not finding anything. What am I not seeing? Thnx

 

Edit: Well my bad as to putting it in the wrong place. I didn't see LE only. I have the SE/AE Editions. What I am looking for is stated in the "Required Tags". It is a Mod called Chain Beasts with a Quest that involves talking to farmers about pests. Was hoping someone at least has played Chain Beasts recently and would know how this Quest runs. Am at a dead end and yes I did see that cellar but no clue as to what to do with what I saw. And yes I posted it to the Mod-maker but no reply.  Apparently, AI is not up-to-date for my searches are close to useless.

Plus this is the request and find category for LE, if you are not on LE, and you are not looking for a particular mod, ask the moderator to move this post.
