[help] missing male crotch on SOME characters

Hi,

 

I'm having this weird bug on very few male characters: missing pelvis and penis

 

I use:

• TNG (for over a year now, never had an issue but did make some changes to my load order over time)
• TAWOBA: wondering if it could be a bikinification issue
• SLP+
• Obody: but only for females
• No male body preset: I only have female body presets
• MuDynamic Normal Map: but this doesn't change morphology afaik
• Diary of Mine: this NPC is a slave

 

I'm wondering if it could also be a bug due to the fact this NPC is a generic renamed with real names extended.

1. Go get More Informative Console.
2. Start the game, load a save.
3. Find a character with no butt.
4. Open the console.
5. Select this character.
6. inv
7. Unequip or remove each worn item until the butt comes back. Start with things like gloves and boots, leave the hide armor for last: removeitem <formid> 1
8. Once you find the item that's causing the issue you can decide how to proceed: remove it or fix it.

Unrelated but is that an ore vein on the rock to the left? If so what's the mod?

Large hide/pelt tent, vanilla asset. Maybe has pgpatcher parallax.

I didn't know ore veins had pelts. 😄

 

I'm in the market for a new ore vein mod. I use glowing ore veins but something has happened to it's glow. Others I've tried are too damned hard to spot.

I know of one which is almost impossible to find unless you know where it is:

This outfit mod contains glowing ore veins. Don't ask me why.

btw sometimes this happens when the male character is naked too. is it the same issue or a different issue?

If the inv console command doesn't show any worn items, then use MIC to find the naked skin armor mesh of the race that this butt-less character is. Inspect that mesh in NifSkope to confirm the butt is missing there too. If NifSkope agrees, then whichever mod is providing these body and naked meshes is just missing the butt, and the answer to where to get a butt from is most likely in the mod description.
