The guy in the images is supposed to be a bandit. He should be hostile and he should not be sat in the inn.

I would like to know how where he comes from - "who was that masked man?"

He is supposed to be a 1H bandit boss not a headsman. He is supposed to be wearing a heavy armour and to have a beard.

I've used OBIS and HLE together for years. WACCF is a relative newcomer.

Options:

  1. Search through all pex scripts in all mods (including in BSA archives) for the following byte pattern: 03 df 09
  2. View the references tab of 0x3df09 in xEdit.

Edit: Should clarify that while my Skyrim string search utility does byte pattern matching, it does not have a manual input for a byte pattern. I suppose it could quite easily be added. Also, I'd start with option 2 as it's most likely a lot faster and easier to check.

Edit again: My string search utility can now accept byte patterns as queries.
