I'm looking for any mods that involve sex dolls. Any orientation/gender.

If I knew how to make that happen I'd 100% do it ! maybe it can be a thing in the future gotta work on my skills

It supports a few basic interactions like go here and pose sit/stand while more useful and advanced things like repair, play, ... are still n/a.

You might have luck checking older WickedWhims add‑ons or custom furniture packs that let you tag objects as “toys,” then pair them with animations from community creators. For visuals, I once grabbed some high‑res doll reference pics from sexndolls.com to make my own CC swatches, and it helped the props look way more believable in game.
