Infinite load screens and black screens when starting a new game

As the title says, I am having quite the issue with fallout 4 modding. I thought I had resolved the issue by removing HN66's long eyelashes and a F76 menu and UI replacer for the game, however it seemed that was temporary.

I have included screenshots of the mods I have installed and maybe I can get someone who knows this better than I do to see where the bottle beck might be.

There are mods that must/ should not be loaded before you leave Vault111 the first time or at least get your pip-boy. I believe especially mods that place things into the world like weapons and armors. Normally a new playthrough should be started without any mod(s) enabled. Of course it can always be a single mod, but finding out might be harder than starting a new game without mods and afterwards reenabling them blockwise. I didn't count them, but you could also check whether you hit mod- or ba2 limits.

Edit: And as I learned in another thread here on LL even ENB can prevent the game from loading a new playthrough. So this might be worth to be checked out, too.

After much time of messing around...I have come to learn it was OCBP for some reason
