I can't find them. look at the rossiy.ini file with notepad, shows all the controls (Edit) I think Ctrl + K brings up the image in game that shows the controls. . . Some mods require RabbitFX and will break without it. Others have conflicting textures and won't work if certain other mods are installed. You should also press F10 to refresh all mods after adding or removing mods. That can fix things too.
