SexLab v166b and RaceMenu v0-4-19-16 won't communicate.

SexLab works fine, RaceMenu works fine. I have several mods that use both and they work fine, but for some reason SexLab lacks the ability to call on RaceMenu (probably). The reason this is an issue is because I was trying to use SLACS 2 but it won't apply cum effects. SlaveTats works, that mod can apply tattoos to my character. But SLACS and SCOE can't. I've messed around with load orders and what not, but I can't seem to fix this. I do have Skyrim v1.6.1170 and SKSE 2.2.6 so everything should be the right version for each other. Uninstalling SLACS and all other mods affecting cum fx does not restore SexLab's ability to use it's own textures. I think I deleted them. Oops? If anyone knows where to find those textures for me to confirm this, I'd appreciate it. I do have one mod called OverlayFixAndOtherFixes which doesn't help me here. (I needed it for something else idk what.) Uninstalling it changes nothing.

In the middle of writing this I tested something out and noticed that my cum effects disappear when opening RaceMenu then reappear once closed. I'm assuming something is installed wrong but idk what or how to fix it or even how to troubleshoot without uninstalling 320+ mods.

Basically, I want SLACS 2 to work but my issue is deeper than that one mod so I thought I'd ask for help here.

What is this mod supposed to do?

RaceMenu has these kinds of inconsistencies. It's purely a render thing.

The answer is most likely in the Papyrus log.
