Problem with .DLL problem fixed.

 Download Devious Devices [SE][AE][VR] 5.2. I Use 7zip remove all AE.DLL files save them is folder. 

Now install with out .DLL

WHEN installed, search data Look for Devious Device.DLL. Remove Delete DLL.

Reopen folder you saved Devious Devices. Chose one of the four AE . DLL (Only one DLL).

Open DATA. Look for SKSE file. Open, do not open Plugins (or it will go wrong).

Just copy your picked AE . DLL  into file you see. 

Fixed Devious Devices [SE][AE][VR] 5.2 for me It was just the old Deleted .DLL will not work.

IDK if it turns out to be a long-term solution or not, but this fix worked for me with Skyrim v1.6.1170.

I've been trying for 4 days to find a way... this one at least allowed me to load Skyrim, alter the DD settings and get/use the items.

That's exactly the solution... and it's clearly communicated in the "Devious Devices" discussion thread.

However, anyone who doesn't want to read it or ask a question about their problem there can't be referred to "DD NG"!

I'd rather not say what else I think about it.

And then a thread about "Skyrim SE" is opened in the service section for "Skyrim LE"... which, in my opinion, demonstrates the ignorance of the thread starter.

Maybe so, but ease of use? Searching LoversLab can be overtaxing... so can reading 40+ pages of posted responses... I only happened across this (up until now) single post thread and tried the solution listed in it out of desperation.

You'll have to forgive me for not forum lurking nonstop until I've cleared out years of posts and then checking multiple times daily to make sure my "new posts" list is small enough to read through. This isn't 1986.

I responded to the original post only because if, by chance, anyone else happened across it because they missed it in multiple responses which, by the way, also have multiple "this worked for me"'s in them, then maybe they would also give it a go.

I apologize if something touches your no-no square enough for you to try to spank me in a forum, but again, not 1986. I would say maybe, just maybe, SOME people are not experts at LoversLab forum watching enough to have "obvious" solutions jump out at them in hundreds+ forum thread responses all saying "this worked for me".

However; I digress: I am enjoying simply every single one of my decided upon Devious Devices addons and, specifically, itself and NG in a greatly unfathomable way. Pardon me if that causes you any distress, but also I do not recall anyone in this 3 person thread, referring to DD NG, except you, again, until now.
