he deleted it from nexus and I can't download it from there, I click subsribe run the game but no downloads

When you subscribe to mods from steam you have to start the game regularly without using SKSE to bybass the games start page that is where steam mods are installed at so do that and wait for it to be installed it will list mods being installed from steam and once it's complete you can close that and use the SKSE to start the game.
