Need help with NSFW VaultGirl Charisma

Hello,
I am currently in the process of creating a mod to change VaultBoy (from the Speech challenge) into VaultGirl.
I know this already exists, but I don’t know… the animation doesn’t really appeal to me.
So, after spending days trying to understand how this works from scratch, I’m now stuck.

I modified my DialogueMenu.swf, but no matter what I do, my VaultGirl just appears as a square…

I would like to know if a kind soul could come and help me, and just point out what my problem is.
That would allow me to refine it later—adjusting image size, etc.

I’ve been working on this project for a week, but this problem has persisted for 3 days, and I’m running out of ideas.
