Mod Organizer and Skyrim Window Size

Ok so my problems start with the fact that just recently when I try to launch Skyrim Borderless Window from Mod Organizer Skyrim will start but will not allow me to maximize the window via the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Enter that is integrated with the SBW launcher. But I can go to the Skyrim directory and launch the game using the SBW launcher and it WILL allow me to maximize the window via the shortcut. So I thought, "ok, well that's odd, let's see what happens if I use Skyrim's launcher and set the window size to fullscreen and then just run SKSE instead of SBW" So I tried that and low and behold the screen size has not changed and it is still windowed. Soooo I navigated to my SkyrimPrefs.ini file and checked the resolution and screen mode. On a experiment I manually changed the settings and saved the file. Went back to MO and tried to run SKSE again. Again, Skyrim launched in 1920x1080 windowed. So I don't know how it is doing it but it seems like MO is somehow overriding my display preferences or something else is. If anyone can give me a hand with this it would be much appreciated.

 

I don't even know where to begin with uploading pertinent information on this other than to say that I have the most up to date versions of SKSE, Skyrim Borderless Window and Skyrim itself.

I didnt use SBW lately, maybe it have some tweak you need to look at?

Also, why don't simply set borderless windows in enbloca.ini (assuming you're using enb)?

OneTweak works extremely well, also the same .dll works for Oblivion, Fallout 3 & Fallout New Vegas.

But OneTwek does not work for everyone, at least not directly w/o minor edits to it's ini.

 

Recommended changes:

BWMode = 2
Foreground = 3

WOW! Well alright then, I didn't expect to get so much help so quickly. Looks like I have two options available to me. I DO use ENB so I will try to set it to borderless window in the ENB settings and then if that isn't satisfactory I will try OneTweak. I'll let everyone know what works.
