dinomagick Posted January 22, 2014 Posted January 22, 2014 I've been looking for a "Jungle Girl" style clothing for a while. I have seen a few promising ones like Edhildils Witch Doctor which has a craftable armor..... but i'm not looking to have a purple dragonfly on my characters back, and a set of eyeballs on her hip... I saw another one as well in an NPC Follower mod, Valorna.... or something, I complimented the author on his work, then asked about what armor the character in the picture was wearing... He gave me some vague answer as "It's a part of such and such package"... and pointed me off to some BBP_UNP armor package.... some 310 megs later, I now know I was sent to look for a needle in a haystack, somewhere in the Andromeda Galaxy....... All I want to do is make a little story, jungle slave... and the slave girl should be wearing jungle attire, like a flimsy leopard skin bikini or some sort of slave gear.. right?? I wish I had an artistic bone in my body...... Sadly though.....I can't even draw two stick figures having sex.... But I have a creative imagination and can write pretty decent stories.. Just need some good clothing/armor mods that would do the trick.

I don't use nexus anymore but it might be possible to use nifscope to remove the dragonfly and eyeballs from the armor set but i'll need to find a download source to check that first. Barning that have you considered a skimpy replacer for the forsworn armor? You might be able to mix and match parts of several skimpy forsworn armor set until you find the desired set-up, i usually tend to make armor mashups ingame to find a look i can stick with.

So it looks like the dragonfly can be removed easy, but the eyes on the belt are part of the belt itself but i could just retexture it to be something else like a small leather pouch or some such. It looks like the eyes on the gloves can be removed as well. Let me try a few things out and see if i can't turn out something agreeable.

So i removed the eyes from the gloves and the dragonfly from the armor and retextured the eyes on the belt to look like leather pouches. I flattened the textures .dds file before i zipped the file but i can't test them ingame because i don't have BBP physics to test how the armor looks but i kept an unflattened version of the armor textures so if they are messed up just tell me and i will try the layered bitmap version of the .dds file. Heres what i got for you, let me know if it's what your looking for. EDIT: if you DLed the first post i had a chance to check it in CK and it didn't look right so here's the fixed version.

I only wish Edhildil would have originally added this edit to the varying bodies in the optional files. Great work either way.

You combine this with remodeled armor (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/13004/?) and you can get pretty skimpy leopard skin armor that is BBP compatible. As a bonus, http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/34121/? increases the amount of light / bandit fur armor that bandits wear. You can also get a leopard texture for forsworn armor from http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/2517/? Edit: There's also a grass and skin (tiger, snake, etc.) texture for forsworn armor at http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/33263/?.
