I must ask, your portraits came out pretty well, could I ask what model you used to generate them? also, do they come with the transparency, or did you need to magic wand them yourself? I recently downloaded your mod to check it out and I noticed a red flag on the playset menu. Looks like there is a small syntax error in the .mod file. The "path" section reads /mod/spaceandroids when it should read mod/spaceandroids (not leading "/" before 'mod'). Removing that slash fixed the issue. Obviously this is an easy DIY fix for experienced users but you may want to consider updating the path on future versions so installation is more seamless.

Which is fine for machine intelligence, but kinda weird if you play individualistic machine empire. Anyone knows how to fix? Example of that behavior: Spoiler

No they can't be generated with transparency but you can get decent enough results with "simple background, white background" and then run a BG remover like: https://github.com/pinokiofactory/RMBG-2-Studio It's just important to first remove the BG and then downsize the images. That way any imperfections are lost in compression. As to the Same portrait for everything. I'll see if I can muster the time to dig through stellaris portrait system but can't promise anything.
