Changing scoped weapon sway in XEdit?

I've been looking at modded weapons recently looking for a good sniper rifle.  It seems like, the rifle mods that I like either have no sway when looking through the scope (unrealistic) or have too much sway making it almost impossible to hit anything.

 

Yes, I know about breath holding when looking through a scope.  I took the Sniper 1 perk to help, and I built both arm armor pieces with the Stabilized mod.  Even with all that I can't always eliminate all sway sometimes.

 

I've tried comparing swaying and non-swaying rifles in XEdit.  I've looked at Aim Model and the Weapon data itself.  There's also the Race/Human Subgraph addons that they have, but that suggests the culprit may actually be hkx animation files?

 

So the question is, is there a way in XEdit to reduce scoped weapon sway slightly to a more reasonable level?  Altering hkx files (if those are the culprit) is probably beyond my skill level.
