Weird skin textures

Im using the cbbe 3ba body. disabling/reinstalling skin mods didnt help, and neither did reinstalling all mods. tried running with only the requirements to have cbbe, and it still happens. only happens when i have a cbbe body. i use vortex mod manager and my game version is 1.6.1170. the issue started randomly

The neck seam is a weight and/or facegen issue, or head/body mesh incompatibility.
