I keep starting and stopping on making such a thing in the form of a shop - I actually have the first floor (which includes the armour collection) ready to go-ish but never got around to releasing it - I think the nubs on Steam pissed me off too much, complaining about using HDT and SKSE being too hard or whatever and I kinda lost my mojo - if they can't handle that then how would they react to needing multiple mods to get a shop working  - i.e. 1x 100mb mod for meshes, another 100mb mod for textures and yet another mod for the esp and gubbins.... yikes...

For info have started again on the shop and finally, finally, finally figured out why some things were not working and fixed them - weird since I only figured it out after a massive break from modding heh.

Anyhoo good news is the shop now has no real reason not to be released after I do the clean up exercises, like sort out prices for things and double check everything has the correct texture paths/ground models etc.  I have also decided to not upload to Steam the mesh/texture files but upload to filehosters such as Mediafire and provide links instead - that way I can get around the 100mb file limit which was a pita, and also would prevent me from uploading any further levels of the shop to Steam due to their shit storage limit.

So, new preview vid uploaded which should give you the jist of what to expect.  Since this is the 1st level of the shop I figured was just below ground, so you get roots and moss and such.  Lower levels of the shop dealing with pantyhose, dynamic high heels, wardrobe items etc will get a more subterranean feel as they go deeper - that's the idea anyway.

Constructive comments welcome as always :)

These sets are really nice, great work!  Though I have noticed that the item picture, at least when you're smithing them, are offset top and bottom, sometimes so much so that they are completely offscreen.  Also, any chance of these getting made Bodyslide compatible, so we can fit them to whatever body we like using?  That would make an awesome set perfect.

Posted

Making all these items bodyslide compatible would be a mammoth undertaking at this point - eeep.  Also happy to be corrected by people more in the know but bodyslide works on sliders, and some of the more advanced body type have some freaking weird sliders available, like making you more or less pregnant etc, so is not as simple as me taking a sample at all sliders at 0 at one extreme, and then all sliders at 100 at the other extreme, as you could then up with a pregnant comically over-titted, massive assed wildebeast which would only delight a very few people....

Problem with making things extra extra customisable which is where things are going (which is nice) is that it becomes really complex to make something that will just 'work' with whatever current body and settings you have personally.  If there is a way round that then very happy to hear about it!  Been out of modding biz for a bit so you never know Caliente and co may have come up with a cunning solution I am yet to find out about...

I am trying to use the Fingerless Leather Gloves (black) with the Player Character Body Sizer, but I am still getting some minor clipping around the arms, is this a known issue? I notice that your image with the open jacket seems to have similar issues with her gloves.

2nd row down, 4th from the left, open jacket, short skirt.

Funny, never noticed that - thanks for pointing it out.  Will take a look and see what I can do :)

hmmm a heck of a lot of spam on your image host sight... I'd advise maybe changing. while you do great work,  turned me off when I could not view it well enough without crushing all the popup adds and extra bs that came along with it.

Still great work.

Great job and can't wait to the shop opens for business...the wings link on nexus is set to hidden...is it because you are planning to implement them into your shop or do i need to look elsewhere?

I just noticed that you have a skeleton packaged in the BSA when I did a little digging to find out why my XPMSE settings were bugging out. You might want to mention that in the OP in case other people are using different skeletons. Otherwise, I like how the outfits look, good job!

Hi,

When using an ENB (at least I'm pretty sure its the ENB) Some of the more reflective items seem to go white, often with black polka dots. I have foudn that catsuits and the mask are noteable examples of this and have included a screenshot below showing this. I cant play without an ENB but then i would much rather play with this than an ENB, so as you can imagine I'm in a bit of a predicament. Any idea what could be causing this?

Thanks.

Edit:

Ok, its not ENB, its Skyrim Mod Combiner, will try to work out which mod in particular is doing it.

I found the problem to be one of the cubemap files, which according to google is the file that adds reflections, which makes sense. It is apparently one of these files that has been modified which the armor relies on:

bronze_e.dds
Chitin_e.dds
Chitin_e_ebony.dds
Copper_e.dds
Farmhouseextint.dds
Gdmara_e.dds
ingotcorundum01_e.dds
ingotiron01_e.dds
ingotquicksilver01_e.dds
ingotsilver01_e.dds
mushroom01_e.dds
mushroom04_e.dds
oil01_e.dds
ore_ebony_e.dds
ore_obsidian_e.dds
ore_quicksilver_e.dds
ore_silver_e.dds
quickskydark_e.dds
shinydull_e.dds
shinyglass_e.dds

I removed all of these files and the problem went, i put them all back in minus the oil and 2 shiny cubemaps which seemed like the most likely but it wasn't one of them. Obviously i would rather have the cubemaps in, but each time i try means repacking a considerably large bsa and i could potentially have to do it another 17 times. If anyone knows which object the armor collection copies for a cubemap i would be extremely grateful. If i manage to find the time and inclination i will attempt to work out which one it is, maybe the obsidian or ebony due to them already being dark to match the armour?

Edit2: Ok, its the ebony cubemap. given how the armor was made from the ebony crafting menu it should probably have been what i went to first. cut it out and repacked the BSA, problem solved.

i really like the extras offered in the steam workshop version of your mod, however due to me using ENB's and not being able to use the workshop i'm a bit sad to not be able to use the corsets offered there, while the white corsets from the white wardrobe mod do (i prefer having black ones). is it possible to add those or do i have to find a way around the workshop

You once had a mod called Stripper Dresses - you know you love it on the nexus. It has disappeared. Has it been incorporated into another one of your mods as I can't seem to find it?

"Slingshot Bikini" was uploaded an hour or so ago on Nexus. Looks like your work. No credits or anything.

My new windows 10 isn't letting me paste in a link, but author is ArabianPrince.

Oh brother.

Lik TechBaNe said, you should point out that there's a skeleton included in your mod. spent last half an hour pondering why th FNIS uses default skeleton even though i have xpmse installed. Realisation it wa caused by rubber clothes mod was a bit suprising, to say the least.

Also, is there some way to use it with xpmse without freaking FNIS out? I mean, I love the way those clothes look as much as the next guy, but if they disable body physics and generally fuck up FNIS... yeah...

Not a problem at all. Just let XPMSE to win all conflicts.

Nexus Mod Manager: Reinstall XPMSE and say "Yes to All" when it asks to win conflicts. Do not allow any mods to win conflict against it in the future. If this happens, then reinstall XPMSE.

Mod Organizer: Move XPMSE last full mod file in your left panel. Only output data from Tools should go below it. In that way it will always win all conflicts against other mods with custom skeletons.
