registeel Posted September 21, 2025 Posted September 21, 2025 I have been looking for the a wolf skull helmet mod the entire day and i have no idea on how to make a mod. The reason is i saw this image on nexus.

registeel Posted September 23, 2025 Author Posted September 23, 2025 It's actually a skull but its the one mod high poly 3D wolf skull - werewolf totem replacer. I had asked the the person who uploaded the image how they manage to get that mod to be wearable. The person said it is not a mask. person made it in to a scar preset with SSEEdit.
