Kraven12 Posted September 8, 2025 Posted September 8, 2025 https://www.ign.com/articles/bethesda-teases-terran-armada-on-starfield-2-year-anniversary-sending-fans-down-a-speculation-rabbit-hole So Bethesda wants to give out a free expansion and not one from modders. With this new expansion has left many speculating as to where these Terrans have been hiding. On top of it, there is some improvements on space travel and other useful tweaks many of in the community has been dying to see. (Speculation) Survivors of the apocalypse who lived underground, built up a fleet of ships have now have emerged pissed off that the Empire(sorry, playing with star wars mods)...I mean, U.C. to get revenge for abandoning them. And rightly so in my opinion. (Opinion skip if you want) If this is like the Bounty Hunter one, it will be short and forgettable. But just enough to wet the apatite(silence critics) until the Playstation release of the game then we get a full expansion next year.
RohZima Posted September 8, 2025 Posted September 8, 2025 I'm deliberately trying not to think about the story. I'm just intrigued to see what changes they make to gameplay.
DocClox Posted September 9, 2025 Posted September 9, 2025 If it's a freebie and not the long awaited next story DPC, it's possible it's just a ship parts collection. Like the Wasteland Workshop packs for Fo4. Maybe with some improved space flight mechanics thrown in.
Ueli_123 Posted September 16, 2025 Posted September 16, 2025 If it is just a Workshop and no extra gameplay, why should I update my working NAF version? It nis to sad to be true. Starfield could have been a great game. OK, it is a nice time waster. I loved ED, but with a HOTAS. Starfield could have closed that gap.
