To be fair you wouldn't need to touch the existing Surge mod. You can just make a nude model from one of the official Surge models from Sonic Dash, Sonic Forces mobile, etc. Apply it over Shadow and then it could be used in conjunction with the existing Surge mod to get the voice. You'd just need to name your mod files/folders the right way around to give the nude mod priority so the game loads that model.

I agree with you there, on both points. Whisper and Surge would've been great additions to the game. And yeah, its always good to have permission first and foremost. I mainly brought up as food for thought on making an original model using one from another game. Which would be time consuming, so I understand why you or another would rather not do it.

I could do that but being from a mobile game, it may look noticeably low-poly than the other characters. Also don't know how to make Unreal prioritise mods over other mods. Still tempting to edit the models anyway in case I could make mods for Sonic Dash, I have thoughts of turning Tangle's bodysuit into her birthday suit.

No, the mod that makes her curvy and naked wasn't on Nexus first day, it's my mod that makes her naked and on-model.  : (

It's not something you need to do during the modding process. Unreal prioritizes mods based on filenames, so you just need to make your mod files (or subfolders, which are easier to organize) named before the other Surge mod alphabetically for your model to get priority. Since your mod wouldn't change the voice files those would still be loaded from the other mod.

That's one of the reasons why I don't associate my main accounts with my NSFW activity.

You'd get a bunch of puritanical dickheads bothering you for making disgusting icky adult mods (especially for "underaged" characters EVEN if your mod's rendition of the character has them aged up) when you're just minding your own business and if one of them are also a moderator, they'd abuse their moderation powers on you over the naughty things you did elsewhere no matter how sensible you acted in the server. Or if this is due to how Haise made mods that gave Rouge back her true proportions, that is utterly pathetic.

 

And like I said before, when you don't have access to that server whether you're not joined or got banned for the pettiest reason, you can't access any mods or invaluable documentation stored there because they're all locked behind a walled garden that can't be indexed by search engines publicly on the open clear web, because stupid moronic modders of my generation insists that's how things should be which is fucking annoying.

This is the updated version of my early upskirt mods for Amy and Cream where they're seen wearing panties like in the 2000's.

- Amy's dress is now made shorter so it's easier to take a peek what's underneath and her panties now sports a subtle camel toe.

- Seams (lines) across the models for both characters have been fixed/reduced.

- Included subtle versions where the skirts' length are in between of the original dresses and the miniskirts.

I just noticed that all their mods are gone with them. So dumb tbh. I see them in the other server so at least I can still follow for their mods progress and release. I'm glad I managed to grab the Rider's OG Proportions before this happened.

 

I don't understand why server moderators instantly have such a power trip about being bigger than others over stuff that doesn't concern the server. Especially with how young the modding scene still is for this game since we are only a week or 2 post launch. You'd think a smart admin of a discord server would think twice about removing one of the people that helped build it to begin with given their mod contributions to a MODDING server lol

By that point, you'll be seeing (if ever) only a pinch of pixels of any changes because their original skirts are long enough to cover everything that it'd be redundant.

All I would offer is slightly increase the miniskirts' length so it'd be more subtle but the panties would still be somewhat visible.

As you can see, there's only like a smidgen of pixels of their undies now when I lengthened their skirts. I say it's just about right for a subtle mod.

Anything longer like the dresses' original length would be quite frankly a waste of time. Remember that this is a fast-paced racing game where you view the characters from a distance whose animations are done in a flash, you're not going to see much of a damn difference whether the girls wear panties, spats, or nothing.

This applies to camel toes too, because they're hardly noticeable in-game. I could just not mention the camel toe and you wouldn't even know. That's how subtle it is.

If you want to use FModel and Blender to restore the original dress length yourself and make the panties less detailed...and then discover you can't even notice any differences compared to Sega's original model in-game, be my guest.

Still glad there are mods being made for the game.. there has been one sorta thicc mod and its oddly sage and another for miku which is decent but wouldn't say its thicc. The flat bodies for the sonic girls nude though look kinda gross to me for some reason but we all have different preferences so no shame to the no titty and ass enjoyers. So guess gotta wait a bit longer for a hero to make our sonic girls thicker with a big booty!(and miku....)

idk, thicc miku thats released is basically perfect imo, but as you said "different preferences". Just hope the jiggles get fixed soon as you'll want that to happen first before getting any thiccer or you'll only be seeing a blobby mess post race lol

God yes!!

do you think a modification like this is against Nexus/GB/some Disc servers? Is such a minor thing that doesnt really do any actual lewdding. Pretty sure fans of hers would also want it for consistency, anti censorship, and other reasons we are here for.

 

Additnonal note, think anyone would put in Mesugaki Miku outfit from Nununu? I love the black eyes and white iris in that one.

It's not so much that I don't care for ass and titties (I do actually), it's more so about making these characters naked and on-model because my mods are what those naked characters would actually look like canonically which I value more than most other people seemingly. They're not meant to be sexy (unless we're talking about Rouge), they're meant to be cute. 

 

I also actually give a shit about game optimisation which is why my edited models' topology follow the game's instead of replacing it with an extremely high-poly model which people keeps forgetting this is a fast-paced racing game with no photo mode where you more often view your character from a distance.

Its ok but I wouldn't really say its thicc. its very much average. Like its basically almost my body type irl and I wouldn't really consider myself thicc but yeah guess the jiggles should be fixed but it only happens sometimes for me. But again its a nice start but could be bigger.
