I think yes, it is doable because there are already two "Over Snake" mods on nexus. CJ and Spiderman, you know, most used char to replace game playing char nowadays

Just remember, when it comes to Francis's mods, they are really only ever 'decent' in quality. He makes his mark by striving to be the first on the market with nude mods. That way people are more likely to purchase his mods even if they aren't the best. The second thing this guy strives for is scarcity. In other words he makes nude mods for games where no one else has. For instance, Bioshock Infinite. Again, this is to lure people into purchasing his mods. It's capitalism pure and simple. He's just trying to wring a few bucks out of people. If you're ok with that then great but just remember there is also a chance someone else will make a different mod and for free.

Yeah, we need some heroes. I've already beaten the game, and there are a LOT of cutscenes that could use a mod to make them more enjoyable
