It's super easy to mod, I just tried for 20-30 mins and so far all working fine.
here's some mods I tried to make, some already done here but just in case: 
Remove censorship AIO.rar-  removes all the censorship mask effects

Nude Model.rar - replaces ingame model with a nude one

No Panty.rar - removes default panty

To install: unpack downloaded file and move to: ....\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\TurretGirls\TurretGirls_Data\StreamingAssets\aa\StandaloneWindows64
replace  existing files when asked.

I'm just looking for a mod with 3D nipple textures so that when she is naked after taking damage, she is fully naked. I don't want her to be naked all the time. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Here you go. Normal outfit, no modifications there, but when she takes full damage she'll have 3D nipples and new textures. It's not the best texture work on my end, since it's low resolution. If anyone wants to improve it go ahead, I'm not an artist.

 

Credits to Sanurai for the Skin, Lingerie TOP, and Costume meshes to allow this to function. I also figured out how to compress so it's a lot smaller again.

As usual, drop this into the folder containing all of the .bundle files in the game folder and overwrite.

 

Be sure to use any of the decensor mods with this, as that is a separate file. Several people have uploaded it already in this thread.

 

I'll try and get more variations with the outfits with these changes. The 3DMigoto mod didn't work for me, sadly, something about a profile not loading? That would be the best way to manage outfit changes on the fly since we can do that in game with a key press instead of managing files in folders.

Trying to adjust the way the clothing damage works so that her final health value has her naked instead of her underwear, but I'm not sure where to look. Any ideas?

Games made with Unity likely require mods to be updated each time the base game is updated.
Loverslab advances pages based on comments, so honestly, managing mod updates is a hassle.

Additionally, people who come looking for mods often find it hard to tell which files are the latest and which ones are unusable.
I apologize for this being a developer-side issue, but sites with dedicated mod pages are simply easier to use.

中身の入れ替えで出来るのか、メッシュが同じでテクスチャ違いとかで出来るのか、メッシュとテクスチャを入れ替えるのか…

UABEAAvaloniaというソフトを使用することでゴールデン下着のアセットのテクスチャを入れ替える必要があります
下着はalbd、shad、dirt、edge、mult、nomlの6種類のテクスチャで構成されており、完璧に入れ替えるにはすべてのテクスチャを入れ替える必要があります（edgeは入れ替える必要ないかも？）
多少雑でも良ければalbdとshadテクスチャだけでもなんとかなるかもしれません
