Hello, sorry to bother you, Thats my cuurrent problem I made the mistake of buying the costumes with the Cheat Engine override items active, and now I can't buy them again in the first store. Is it possible to restore the purchase? Or maybe I can buy them in another city?

unfortunately there is no easy way to fix this. You can figure out the item ID numbers of the costumes you have lost, and add them to the cheat engine script. Open the .kurodlc.json files of the mods you are interested in in Notepad, and search for the costume you lost. Write down the id number. Then edit the cheat engine script in Notepad, and add the item.

Thanks, indeed it was a little tricky but works and resolve my problem

SECONDLY.

I am what you might call an "Anelace Enjoyer". And we don't get enough of her, so I decided to replace Joshua with her.

- This mod replaces the model, character portraits, and icons of Joshua with Anelace. (Both nude and regular versions)
- It does not change weapons, crafts, animations or voice lines (I'm not that talented yet)
- It also does not change Joshua's name in dialogue text or menus, but I am working on that.
- The animations for some cut-scenes and battle animations have the eyes slightly offset. I'm looking into changing that, though I assume it's much more involved than what I've done thus far.

The model only replaces Joshua's base model. If you want to replace his other costumes, simply copy and rename the .mdl and .mi files. I recommend making backups.

Comments and criticism welcome. Enjoy.

EDIT: fixed a small error in the filename of one of Tita's icons. Should work properly now.

EDIT 2: Not sure this matters, but apparently I missed the file for Anelace's Eyes replacing Joshua's. Keeping amber eyes would align with the dialogue, but I've added a separate download that contains Her true purple eyes. 

EDIT 3: Missed some texture files in the previous uploads. Should now be correct. I also included the Anelace Eyes in the main file, so there's no longer a need to download the separate eye replacement. (fixed missing face textures as well.)

Nude mod by @jmedia7 uses the original game body texture. But I don't find any nude mod of Kloe and Tita using original game body texture. N&S mods from @lakovic use different texture and the illumination and shades look different from male characters.

 

I wonder if anyone has original game body texture nude mods of Kloe and Tita?

Exact reason I've just jumped back here. Seems to have installed a Nemirtingas overlay which is tracking achievements in place of steam. Any help on this would be great!

Hey everyone,
I tried to make a mod myself (for practice) and as for my first try I tried to make a mesh replacement, but ran into trouble.
The practice idea was to take the original DLC Swimmsuit and replace the body with @jmedia7Estelle Nude mod, to make a "no panties" version.
I swapped the meshes, did some sculpting in Blender to fit the dlc swimsuit to @jmedia7 body and repacked the file to do a test in game.
The game/save file loads, but unsurprisingly the body has the wrong texture, but the mesh swap worked including animations/weight painting etc.
Since the name of the material has not changed "body_skin" I opted to just change the name of the texture in the material_info.json
The original dds files of @jmedia7 textures are in the dx11 folder and the repackage of the mdl file finishes successfully,
but when I load the game (in my savefile I am wearing estelles DLC swimmsuit) the savefile does not load anymore (it loads indefinetly).

@jmedia7 estelle nude mod works, his material setup is different (his is missing the "unk_*") but when I remove the "unk_" the files can no longer be repackaged, it fails with error

I guess there is a material structure I need to edit somewhere?


Also: I am not sure if "the game can't load something" / where I do need to make adjustments.

The savefile itself is okay, I can load the savegame when I replace my modded chr5000_c51.mdl with the original file again.

Does anyone have an idea why this happens?

Based on your description, I assume you didn’t downgrade the mdl version? mdl v4 does not support changing a texture name to one with a different length than the original. That’s probably why you were able to load your save the first time, since you hadn’t changed the texture name. And you couldn’t load the save later because the texture name had been changed.

 

If this is the issue, you can fix it by downgrading to mdl v1. In the mdl folder you extracted, there is a file named 'mdl_version.json'. Open it and make sure the mdl_version is set to 1, then repack the mdl.

For anyone finding this, here is how I fixed the issue:

So the obvious issue was that I was able to change the mesh but not the texture.
Since I tested a lot in the json files what the cause could be, I copied the original json files from the game (from the original extract from the game)
image_list.json, material_info.json, mdl_version.json, mesh_info.json, and skeleton.json into my "mod working" folder to make sure I have a "clean slate".

After this I changed the names of the textures in the material_info and (as suggested by @fakecheng ) changed from Version 4 to 1 in the "mdl_version.json".

After this I repackaged the files.

I'm going to play threw the game a little more (I'm still in chapter 1) and wait for more companions to arrive (first time playthrough).
Reason is that I want to do a similar mod to more characters, release them as a pack and I need to be able to test the mod at least for standard stuff like clipping issues + I need to get more familiar with the modding capabilites since this is intended as a first test for this engine.

Also I'm going to release them under a different account since this Account name is kinda "random username on the Internet with no meaning"

I choose party members without Josua.

When I command "full burst", game crashes frequently.

 

Are there any ways to avoid this ploblem?

This issue occurs because my mod uses a cracked version of steam_api64.dll, which allows the use of third-party DLC. If you switch back to the original (legitimate) steam_api64.dll, you will no longer be able to unlock third-party DLC.
However, you can still purchase new outfits through the in-game store—this is also why amorrow28 insists on buying outfits from the store instead of making DLC bundle packs.

You can delete the current steam_api64.dll and replace it with steam_api64.dll.rar (this is a backup of the original steam_api64.dll from my own PC, though I’m not sure if it will be fully compatible with your system).
If that doesn’t work, you can also find another backup at mods\bak\steam_api64.dll, as my mod’s batch script automatically backs up this file.

Is there any tutorial that can teach me how to transfer jiggle? I tried directly renaming the .mi file to apply the jiggle I want to the .mdl file I want, but the jiggle completely failed.

so i have a few questions.
1. is there a way to revert Joshua back to default without reinstalling the game and undoing all my other mods? (i used the re-placer and the unpack method of modding and didn't think to make a back up >.<)
2. which modding method would be considered easier? the xinput or the pak extraction? namely for adding or removing changes?
3. which folder should i be adding my mods in? asset or asset_en? (i used the exact method)

Apologies if this has been asked before, but is there a mod for estelle that simply removes her skirt in her standard (or other?) outfit so she's just in spats?
