Will secure boot being enabled cause you in any way to not use adult mods with Skyrim or FO4?

Yeah if you enable it and try to launch the game you'll get a message saying "Oi, You Got A Loicense For That, Mate?".

 

Now for real. No, there's no way a BIOS setting can determine the nature and content of modded files to specifically detect adult content. Companies can do a lot of fun things once you give them access to your computer though.
